At Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, we care a lot about our patients and are committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for everyone we treat. As your consultant, monitoring all my patients allows me to demonstrate the quality level of the treatment I am providing.

We are using the Amplitude Clinical Outcomes system to help monitor and measure your progress, and will ask you to complete various questionnaires and assessments over the course of your care.
